Mailbox Information
Replacement
Mailboxes shall be mounted on 6” x 6” cedar post and crossarm stained Cape Cod grey. A classic medium metal black mailbox with a flag (in working order), with black numbers on the post, is required. They should be free of rust and stained.
Maintenance
Stain Cape Cod grey. Replace any missing numbers and/or flag.
